City of Los Angeles Pre-Approved Plan

Named after our founder’s mother, he witnessed her journey with progressive rheumatoid arthritis which inspired Aging in Place ADU. Marion played a huge part in designing this model where entrances, outdoor access and an open floor plan perfect for family gatherings work with you, not against you. As our Flagship ADU Model, it beautifully balances timeless design and an adaptable environment that supports safety and independence.

The Aida

Named after Marion’s oldest sister, The Aida was born out of a real-world need for safety following a sudden bathroom fall and hip injury. It adapts the core principles of our design philosophy: blending form, function, and safety for years to come. Inspired by Aida's love of gardening, this ADU model allows for easy backyard access with an open area that can be used for gardening, a private sanctuary, or for additional entertaining space to enjoy the company of loved ones.

The Victoria

Named after Marion’s second sister, who faces daily challenges of severe knee pain and deteriorating eyesight. The Victoria is a masterclass in smart, compact design. It proves that a smaller footprint doesn't mean sacrificing beauty or safety. Featuring a floor plan that is adaptable to your needs, an abundant amount of natural light and a seamless connection to a private backyard for you and your loved ones to connect. It delivers a cozy, easily maintained space optimized for absolute dignity and independence.
